If you are a blogger and you post giveaways open to Canadians, you can submit them for free posting, promotion on the Sweeps for Canadians page on Facebook. Companies please inquire about promotion cost if you would like  to submit.

On the page you will see a tab that says Submit your giveaways, please submit using that form. Submitting a giveaway does not guarantee posting. Posting directly on the wall does not show up either.
