Thanksgiving with Wholly Guacamole (Giveaway)

Here is Canada we are just over a week away from Thanksgiving. Every year my extended family gets together and has a great big feast. We have turkey, ham, potatoes and wine. Everybody who comes brings a dessert or a side dish. There is always way too much food. This is good though, that means more leftovers for lunch the next day. I love these big holiday meals. Not only is it a great time to get together with family but it is also an opportunity to eat some food we normally do not eat.

Over the last year or so I have been introducing my family to guacamole. Most of them have never had it before and believe it or not, some had no clue what guacamole was. This year I am planning on making a recipe that includes my favourite salsa. Wholly medium salsa. I figured they all know what salsa is so it should go over well.
I was thinking this year for a side dish I would make mini meatloaves with salsa.  I have made a regular size one for my family before and they loved it. I figure the ”mini” would be more festive and I can make sure each loaf has a good amount of salsa on it. If you are looking at serving your family something a little different this holiday season, check out Wholly Guacamole’s recipe section. They have recipes for starters, main dishes and even desserts. I find when I cook with the salsa I do not need to season, all of the yummy flavour is already there.
