This super easy treat is fun to make and perfect for Easter. A party treat or an after school snack, this is sure to be a new fave!
Ingredients for Pink Chocolate Bark
-
1 C. white chocolate chips
-
1 ½ C. broken pretzel pieces (I used small round pretzels, but small sticks would work great also)
-
12 oz. Wilton pink candy melts
-
Spring coloured sprinkles (located in the baking section of major retailers)
Directions
Line a 9×13 baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
Spread ¾ C. of the white chocolate chips and the broken pretzel pieces onto the lined cookie sheet.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Let cool 23 minutes.
Poor the melted chocolate evenly over the chocolate chip and pretzel mixture. Carefully spread the chocolate out with a spatula if needed.
Before the mixtures ‘sets’ sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips and the spring sprinkles on top.
Place in the fridge to set approximately 30 minutes.
Remove and break into smaller pieces. Enjoy! 🙂
*Store in an airtight container up 1 week. Makes approximately 15 servings.
This is one of those too pretty to eat treat. But you will want to eat it as the sweet and salty mix is so good!
