I bought a spiral ham to go with our Turkey dinner for Easter. Now when it comes to these family dinners, it is only my daughter and myself who love the ham. Everyone else will eat it, but they prefer turkey. I know there is going to be a lot leftover and I am okay with that. I usually make sandwiches and a casserole later on in the week. The smokey flavour is even better after a few days of sitting in the fridge. This year I plan on changing it up a bit and using the leftovers for some other dishes.
