Meet Quinn, the seventh Limited Edition Collectible Starlight Bear for 2015 that was designed with the help of cancer survivor Desiray.

In partnership with ToysRUs Canada, Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada is delighted to introduce Quinn the 2015 Collectible Bear designed by six-year-old Desiray a fearless and courageous young girl living with cancer.
Desiray was diagnosed with A.L.L. (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) in July of 2013. She has faced an uphill battle for over 2 years with active chemo therapy and treatments.
Quinn was inspired by Desiray’s love for the colour turquoise, soft cuddly stuffies and all things sparkly. The turquoise cape represents Desirays strength, bravery and special super powers that she uses every day to make our world a brighter place. Quinn has a very special birthday on August 25th and it was selected in light of Desirays last scheduled treatment for cancer!
Proceeds from the sale of Quinn will help Starlight brighten the lives of seriously ill children in Canada, just like Desiray.

Ahh! Quinn is SO cute! I love that he was designed by a 6 year old girl. I really love his little cape too. I’ll have to go to Toys R Us to pick one up.
