Gluten Free Apple Crisp

We are expecting snow and I am getting cold. I have a serious chill I can not shake and am craving comfort foods to warm me up. So I have been looking for recipes for all these apples I have from the orchard. Apple crisp is one dessert the entire family happily will eat. It has been my go-to for many years and we often serve it with vanilla ice cream. I think I like it because it is easy to make and I usually have all the ingredients on-hand. Especially this time of year when we have way more apples than we know what to do with.

This apple crisp recipe is also gluten free so it is a good one to have on hand. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
